The artist name is Stan Munro, and was born in Rochester, NY in 1970.
He made his first toothpick structure when he was in his grade schools.  In 2005 he was ready with his first Tooth Pick city and now he is ready with his second one.

Toothpick City I contain mainly 50 famous structures from all around the world and now for permanent display at House of Katmandu in Mallorca, Spain.

His second Tooth pick city contains 40 great towers and temples from around the world. It is made up of 4 million toothpicks which is almost double that used in Toothpick city I. When finished completely, it will be the largest structure made up of toothpicks.

“Toothpick City II represents mankind’s quest for the heavens, whether spiritual or physical. The exhibit will honor architectural achievement, religious diversity, and historical accuracy,” Stan says on his website.
